December 2022 – Invitation to the Source of Peace & New Book

The source of peace…

His origins were from the distant past. On the day of his birth, he was already ancient.
And he lives on.

He stood to lead his flock with the LORD’s strength, in the majesty of the name of the LORD his God.
He still leads that flock, that way.

He was—and is, and will be—highly honored around the world.
And in your heart.

He will be your source of peace.
He is the source of peace.

How thrilling it was to recently read prophecies about Christ in Micah chapter 5 (verses 2, 4, and 5) and to not only know that it was Christ the Scriptures foretold, but to know the Christ the Scriptures foretold.

I’ve been thinking about how precious that friendship is, and how—even after many years—I still want to see my relationship with God grow and deepen.

I know there is more of him for me to know—and I want to.
