Who is this King among us? Why is there rejoicing? What great things has God done?
He is Jesus. He has taken back the keys of death to give the gift of life in its fullness (John 10:10). Not just in the far distant future, but today, now. To you.
“Now the Scripture says, Everyone who believes on Him will not be put to shame, for there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, since the same Lord of all is rich to all who call on Him. For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved” (Romans 10:11-13).
Each one who calls on the name of Jesus can receive the life that he offers.
